Bongino: Epstein Killed Himself
His comments on Epstein’s death, and the reaction to those comments, serve up an opportunity to address far more than the infamous suicide.
On Sunday morning, Maria Bartiromo released a must-watch interview with FBI Director Kash Patel and Deputy Director Dan Bongino.
Also on Sunday morning, Bongino made this post on X.
Here’s the relevant DOJ-OIG Press Release and Report on Epstein’s death which were released in June 2023. I’ve added more links to related reports and court filings at the bottom of this article.
Do I believe what Bongino says about Epstein's death?
The short answer is "yes."
I trust the evidence and have confidence in Kash and Dan to follow what it indicates.
No amount of conjecture, guesses, or theories outweighs raw evidence.
I’m not so attached to my own hypotheses about Epstein’s death that I would prioritize them over the clear conclusions presented by FBI Director Patel and Deputy Director Bongino.
It’s entirely plausible that someone like Epstein would choose to take his own life rather than face the consequences of his crimes. Moreover, the evidence that we have strongly indicates this to be the case.
So yes, I believe what Bongino says about the death of Jeffrey Epstein.
And as Dan also said, “If new evidence surfaces, I’m happy to reevaluate.”
Memes conflicting with evidence.
I’m also open to reevaluating in light of new evidence, but far too many people are unwilling. They are wedded to their favorite conspiracy theories—about Epstein and beyond—and will cling to them despite a lack of supporting evidence or even evidence to the contrary.
I understand, and have long predicted, that many will struggle to accept that their preferred theories don’t align with reality. The Epstein suicide is a clear example of this. That is why I have selected it for such an article as this, the real aim of which is to illustrate the cognitive warfare we are all either soldiers, civilians, survivors, or casualties of.
My concerns about cognitive conflicts between memes and evidence have led me to periodically challenge commonly accepted conspiracy theories that lack substance or factual grounding. These concerns also drive me to call out what I term mis-, dis-, and mal-informationists—individuals who prey on well-meaning but often uninformed or ill-equipped people. Far from being mere grifters or unserious influencers having a laugh, their behavior resembles that of predatory salespeople, con artists, or charlatans.
Some, in my opinion, are part of a sinister psychological operation.
These may be some of the “bad actors” Bongino referenced in the third paragraph of answers in his post above.
These cognitive conflicts between memes, speculations, facts, and reality are not simply dissonance of thought exercises or games of who can be the most pithy contrarian in the comments. They are key engagements in an information war that none of us can escape.
After all, an information war is a war of persuasion, a war where the battlefields are in your head. It’s a war for your mind. This is where memes so often outpace evidence and reason. This is where, while the truth is still being gathered, half-baked memes and hot takes that are lacking or even entirely absent of facts will spread and take hold in people’s minds.
“This battlefield is global via the internet. With no beginning and no end, this conquest knows no respite, punctuated by notifications from our smartphones, anywhere, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.”
And by the time the investigations are complete and made available for all to consider, it’s too late. The battle for truth was lost in the initial skirmish; half-truths and outright lies have not only taken territory—they’ve built fortifications.
The battlefield is your brain, and you must guard it, defend it, avoid engagements at times, retake territory lost, rebuild after taking damage, and continuously develop your discernment.
Meaningfully engaging in critical thinking-especially in regard to your own beliefs, notions, and theories-is absolutely necessary, or you will be captured, either by nonsense or by malicious actors.
Remember: You may not be interested in the information war, but it is interested in YOU.
Black Pill Addicts
The track record of the past 100+ days demonstrates that transparency and justice are being steadily delivered and should give confidence that they will continue to be to the fullest extent possible by this administration. Yet, for some, even if it continues, that won’t be enough.
I am confident that Kash, Dan, AG Bondi, and many others will continue to deliver on their promises, drain the swamp, and make America safer. Yet, many who claim to be MAGA will remain miserable doomers.
For some folks, even Trump’s victory wasn’t enough. (Certain supposed Trump supporters were disappointed in the win, being too attached to their own predictions or perhaps having other motives.)
I cannot change those people’s minds for them.
All I can do is diligently build my knowledge base and strive to think clearly.
I cannot stop others from spreading baseless conjectures or poorly constructed theories.
All I can do is familiarize myself with the available evidence, exercise discernment, resist delusional thinking, draw my own conclusions, affirm truths as I uncover them, and highlight victories as they occur.
I encourage y’all to do the same.
Addendum
It’s disappointing to realize that so many people were either unaware of or did not read the relevant material on Jeffrey Epstein’s death. Some of the comments on this article—both here and elsewhere—highlight this reality. The most forceful pushback I am getting for this article seems to be coming from people who never bothered to familiarize themselves with the evidence that we do have.
How they became so convinced of their position is a question they should consider.
This material has been publicly available for years. You may approach it with incredulity or disbelief, but it’s absurd to pretend it doesn’t exist, claim no investigation occurred, assert no accountability has been established, or deny the evidence that he died by suicide.
Jeffrey Epstein signed will just two days before suicide
The two guards were investigated and charged
Deferred Prosecution Agreement reached

I have to admit I was taken aback by bongino's unequivocal answer about epstein. But I believed him. And agree that trump has put together a stellar team to clean up the swamp. I was also really struck by your comment that whether or not you are interested in the info op, IT is interested in you. Gave me chills, actually. It's quite true. We must protect our minds and use our discernment at all times. Great to see you back, Kyle.
Thank you Just Human. My concern since the election are these so called MAGA doomers. I think this is a large part of the exposure operation that we are currently in, before the justice phase. These false, evil ConInc folks (some of them) have been there all along. As Dave on X22 states Trump is always looking to see who is on the gameboard, who is with him and who is not. Yes, we must guard our minds because that is spiritual warfare. I like how you stated Bongino was speaking to these folks. These "bad actors" had better watch out because when the money/NGO trails come and we find who is financing their work it will be "game over" for them. These folks probably think they are untouchable because the First Amendment "protects" them but treason is another whole deal as well.
I also really like the role Dan Bongino is playing to explain what is going on because without him doing that right now the fake MAGA doomers would be abusing our minds and hearts, because their job is to get us to give up and give into discouragement. So God bless Dan Bongino and the valiant Kash Patel, and the invincible AGBondi. Boy, do I like these three people right about now. They are going to play a huge role in really bringing down the cabal/Deep State so that we can then take our country back. Trump needs more consensus to do these really hard moves he needs to do to take and the Powerful Three are a big part in getting him and us there.
I trust Dan Bongino and if he says the evidence points to Jeffrey Epstein killed himself then that is good enough for me for now. It is in the Q drops that when the exposure comes many will "suicide" themselves. Just a thought--maybe the prison situation did not kill him, but perhaps gave him the privacy/opportunity and the tools to do it for himself.
