It is no longer remarkable to state that stories and rumors are planted in the media, fed to them by concerned parties, in order to set and control narratives. This has been revealed to us over and over again, from Rush Limbaugh’s legendary montages of media talking heads using the exact same words and phrases to Jack Posobiec’s collages of matching media headlines, we are all well aware that the media is given talking points, specific terms they are to use in order to program their readers and viewers.
All corporate media does this. The Main Stream Media (MSM) and the Conservative Incorporated Media (ConInc) are BOTH programming you to react to their news stories, to make automatic inferences, to leap to conclusions without hesitation, instead of seeking to understand the information.
It’s Pavlovian Conditioning.
Stimulus, RESPONSE. Stimulus, RESPONSE!
The media gives you a story on Person A meeting Person B.
A + B = C. Always.
It’s can’t be that A + B equals D, or E, or F or any other letter. That’s nonsense!
A + B always equals C!
And so, when news broke that the FBI had raided Project Veritas, a VERY predictable response was assured.
The New York Times was somehow made aware of the raid and broke the news.
Their information about the raid is “according to two of the people briefed on the events.” In other words, two anonymous sources.
A “public corruption” investigation “into how” this diary “came to be publicly disclosed. “
“Court-ordered searches” at two locations, in subsequent articles revealed as two residences of people who have worked for PV.
Folks, the FBI does not investigate stolen items such as this, but they do investigate Federal Crimes.
Let’s read a little more of the article.
The parts that I highlighted are interesting, but what’s most important to extract from the article, which remember is based on anonymous sources, are these things:
Searches were performed “as part of an investigation into how a diary stolen from President Biden’s daughter, Ashley, came to be publicly disclosed”
“The investigation is being handled by F.B.I. agents and federal prosecutors in Manhattan who work on public corruption matters”
FBI confirmed they had “performed law enforcement activity related to an ongoing investigation”
The rest of the article is fluff and filler and hostile reporting; after all, PV has a lawsuit against the NYT that’s working it’s way through the courts.
Now, let’s listen to what Mr. O’Keefe had to say in a video published shortly after this NYT article:
Project Veritas received a grand jury subpoena!
The cover letter asked that they not make any disclosure (of the subpoena or investigation) because "disclosure of the existence of this investigation might interfere with and impede the investigation"
The New York Times was aware though, thanks to those anonymous sources, so PV might as well put out their side of the story in this video
PV offered to cooperate with DOJ
Backstory:
PV was contacted by tipsters who claimed to have the diary
PV could not authenticate the diary
PV did not publish the diary
PV tried to give it to attorneys representing Ms. Biden, they refused
PV gave the diary to law enforcement
Predictable reactions followed.
“FBI bad!” screamed the crowd of reactionaries on one side.
“Project Veritas bad!” screamed the crowd of reactionaries on the other.
Here is one example:
I saw this response rapidly echo across all of social media and mainstream news, both MSM and ConInc had their angles on it. I watched people REACT to this NYT article and the video Project Veritas released that afternoon, on November 5th.
I watched the reactions, and I pondered the story, and I considered what I was seeing.
Then I called bullshit.
After posting this, my telegram chat engaged in discussions about what could be going on. I have to give much credit and praise to those who took part. I went through the chat and took screenshots so I that I could use them in working up this article. There are 53 of them. Amazing.
Special thanks to BrothersKeepr, Bugges, Jean, Joan, and TxTulip… y’all are awesome! Thank you for your thoughtful responses, opinions, and research material.
Before I get to what could be going on with this raid, though, I want to hit a few more way points.
The first raids occurred November 5th, and on November 8th James O’Keefe’s home was raided. He appeared, with his attorney, on Hannity’s program to go over it. Here is that interview:
Did you notice how often either James and his attorney avoid answering Sean’s questions?
Did you notice how James kept using platitudes, emotional language and catch phrases?
Did you notice how different James comes off here?
Did you get the sense that James had a script he wanted to follow?
If you did not, then please watch it again.
One more question… did you know James O’Keefe can act?
In that Sean Hannity interview, it appeared to me that James was acting the victim.
This entire story, from the New York Times article to the Project Veritas video to James O’Keefe’s interview with Hannity, to the reactionary responses…it ALL reminds me of a story from just half a year ago:
Here is Rudy’s interview with Tucker:
Rudy has a lot of experience, and he is a better actor than James.
Here is the court filing by US Attorney Strauss from April 29,2021. I have highlighted the relevant bits
There “[was] no pending criminal case against the subjects of the search.”
It doesn’t matter what the MSM writes, or what ConInc peddles to you, or how Rudy plays the victim, there was no pending criminal case. Rudy Giuliani and Victoria Toensing were not under criminal investigation, someone(s) else was, and Rudy and Victoria had possession of items needed for that investigation. So they got searched, or raided. The difference between searched and raided seems to be how loudly the FBI knocks and what time of day it occurs.
The cover story was the Hunter Biden laptop and Rudy being Trump’s lawyer. MSM and ConInc ran with their predictable narratives based on that cover story.
Stimulus, RESPONSE. Stimulus, RESPONSE!
The media gives you a story on Person A meeting Person B, or being “raided” by them in this instance.
A + B = C. Always!
Here is the response from Rudy’s attorney. I just want to pull out one section of it.
Rudy was always cooperating. “[There] has never been an occasion where [Rudy] has refused to cooperate.”
Now, his attorney lays it on thick in this filing, but don’t miss the stuff about attorney-client privilege and Executive Privilege. Just store that away in your mind, because as Durham gets closer to higher up targets in the government and higher up targets in the media, the precedents set in this case here with Rudy Giuliani and with James O’Keefe are going to be important.
Get it?
So, whatever became of the items seized by the FBI in this search warrant? Well…
Here’s the MSM story. Be warned, it’s hostile and continues to peddle the falsehood the Rudy is under criminal investigation even though the government’s own filings state that he is not.
And here’s what happened to the other two men…
And here’s the story.
Interesting isn’t it? Several “associates” of Rudy getting charged and convicted, but not Rudy. Why? Well, because he was cooperating the entire time! Almost like… almost like it was a setup. A setup to catch swamp creatures such as these turds. A setup to catch foreigners trying to influence our elections and our elected representatives.
Now, I must admit that I have not seen all of the evidence in the cases above and I cannot at this moment definitively draw a line from any one piece of evidence in these cases directly to an item taken from Rudy or Victoria. I am making inferences based off of the knowledge that Rudy has met with these people, that he was searched and cooperated as part of that search, and that the material taken from him was turned over and handled by a special master for use in grand jury proceedings.
These likely are not the only cases for which the material seized from Rudy and Victoria may have been useful. We’ll have to see.
Getting back to the Project Veritas raid. Do you see the similarities?
The media’s reactionary takes.
The nature of the raids.
Both Project Veritas and Rudy were already cooperating.
Both were served out of the SDNY.
Both searches are precedent setting.
Both have to do with public corruption
Both have to do with Presidents
Both have to do with the Biden’s
And possibly, both have to do with Ukraine
How does the PV raid have to do with Ukraine? Look here.
Now, disregard the lies about Rudy being under investigations. We know from the government’s own filings that he was not and that the was cooperating the entire time.
I am going to speculate to you now that I think it’s possible Project Veritas may have been a target of this “influence campaign”, and that they may have been presented “falsehoods” by these foreign agents. Just like Rudy was.
And just like Rudy, Project Veritas may have evidence related to to said “influence campaign” and the people running it. After all, what is Project Veritas known for? Running stings, right? Hidden cameras, microphones, getting whistleblowers, etc. The diary thing gives the cover story and the probable cause to conduct the searches.
Get it?
This is what I think is most likely going on in this story about Project Veritas getting raided by the FBI. The article could end here… but I’d like to offer a another possibility. A long shot one, but one that I can’t quite push out of my mind.
First, here is a great question?
And here is a possible answer.
What is Project Veritas known for? What did James say in that first video? They were asked to keep this secret, not to reveal the existence of the subpoena or the grand jury. James could publicize what the search warrant was for, he hasn’t. James ALWAYS has receipts, folks. He ALWAYS puts out documents. Hasn’t done so with this story.
Makes ya wonder.
Wow that was a fantastic piece. Another thing I noticed about both stories is that Rudy AND James made a huge point about the Feds taking their PHONES! Rudy owns a cyber security firm and James is clever. Neither of them would leave truly sensitive info on their cell phones unless they wanted it found.
Wow, I never thought about him cooperating. I mean, he is this kind of anti Fed folk hero to most of us but him cooperating certainly makes beaucoup sense, especially when you contrasted it with the Rudy raid. The media went radio silent on that one though, didn’t they? Great piece Kyle. Looking forward to your stream today.
