Listening again and I downloaded my own copy to read....things seemed a little off like info was missing. I went back through some of my stuff...yep, nerd here....wanted to mention in case you forgot that Nuland set up two meetings for Steele. First was with his "handler" Gaeta 20 June 2016 - second with Kathleen Kavalec, her assistant 11 Oct 2016. First "Steele report" was "filed" 20 June and either Nuland or Susan Rice briefed Strobe Talbott. Steele supposedly provided copies to Talbott. I don't have marked when. There is also the text msg between Smirk/Page 13 Oct 2016 - "We got reporting on Sept 19. Looks like Gaeta got it early Aug. Looking @ Clinesmith lync replies to me it's not clear if he knows if/when he told them. But Steve and Kate talked with Spencer they're both good & will remember. It's not about rubbing their nose in it. I don't care if they don't know. I just want to know who's playing games/scared covering. I totally get it will never be provable."
Someone's lying if Gaeta met with Steele and the first report was "filed" 20 June & Smirk/Page text says "Aug"..... Clinesmith not clear if/when he told them. Who is them???
Durham has in report that doesn't know what happened to the Steele info between july & oct - Nuland evidently informed FBI early on...so WHO did she inform? Also my notes - Winer gave 2 ( I didn't write if 2 pgs or 2 copies...oh well) to Finer, Kerry Chief of Staff. Kathleen Kavalec meet with Steele 11 Oct.
