Wonderful show. I mean it that the most attractive thing with you, and some of your brilliant contemporaries is how humble you are. You give each other time to talk, respect for each other’s opinions, admit when you are wrong, and give your listeners credit for each and everything they add. And you REMEMBER, so often, where you heard someone floating a concept. I fought you a little during McCarthy’s election when you were black-pilling, and you were so sweet to come back to say you got sidetracked by your human nature. I missed the in-person GART because of airport problems on the weekend but hope to meet you at the next one. Maybe my husband can come too. He loved Defected yesterday morning. He left for work before he heard the section on the family man being sidelined. I had to summarize for him over dinner. As a career military officer he definitely has seen the effects of what we used to call “reverse discrimination.”

Regarding Jack Smith....I read somewhere that when he first went over to the Hauge the prosecutor that was leaving declared that there was not enough evidence to prosecute a defendant and was closing the case. Jack Smith immediately reopened and charged the defendant and Jack was shut down by the court. He sounds like a worm to me.
Re: They will fight but you are ready; Trump will be elected President in spite of all this. They will fight it, but we are ready . Constitutionally they cannot win
Thinking about this, though, I remember Pres. Trump saying that he had all the papers in a secure storage area that had a lock, but that he was told to put another lock on the door. He repeatedly said that and that he did put another lock on the door and so they were secure. Now this document says the papers were in a bathroom, a storage room and stage. So...???

Question: can you look into military law and how it may differ from civilian law? I wonder about the rules of evidence, 14th Amendment, hearsay etc,,,
