Defense got ABSOLUTELY pummeled on the Franklin redirect. People saw the cross coming and pounced. You never know what could swing a jury. Something like this could, even despite the subsequent reported terrible performance of Clifford and Cohen.

That’s assuming this is a legit trial to begin with, which is questionable. So far the trial has referenced sharks and Kayfabe, reminding me to defect from the surface narrative of the proceedings!
