Another excellent writing. This is informative, well-written and as usual, your gentle presentation of what NEEDS to be said. And not preachy at all- instead I often find more tools for me to use for understanding and communication with others. Also, as usual, encouraging and positive. Thank you.

You were right about catharsis. The forgiven are unwittingly part of Kayfabe. They just didn’t know the Godly script ahead of time.

Brother, I appreciate all of your content. This show was no exception. To be honesty, the was a part near the beginning when I was thinking to myself "What the heck is happening to Kyle??" But, I continued listening because I have love for you and deep respect. Understanding is greater than reacting, as you say. And truly, I still appreciate and respect you as much as before. I love your humble way of approaching conflict. I always have since I became aware of you a year ago.

When you and BB had that "first" conflict about catharsis, I could understand what you were saying. I also understood his perspective. But, while you may care for him and others, we must always keep in mind that not everyone puts God's will in the forefront. Not everyone is a Christian, even those who say they are. They say they are Christian, but Jesus is not their Lord. So, on fundamental topics, there will always be conflict or divergence. People who don't walk in the Light can never understand why we would ever choose it.

I love you, brother. God bless you and your family!

Frankly, this is one of your best shows ever. This takes me back to when you first started. Honestly, I don't get into the case studies. But your insights and your openess like this show is what drew you to me. You keep doing the shows you are interested in, and should they be like this show, then I'll stop by for a visit. Keep up the great work.

Btw, I watched Defected for awhile, but I voiced some mild critcism in a post on Rumble. The next day, your co-host called me a F**k face, a liberal and a marxist. His wife even made some nasty comments. It actually hurt me and changed my perception of him and certainly made me question what you might have thought of my criticism. It lead me to quit watching most anything on Badlands. I even cancelled my Chris Paul account. I just had to get this off my chest.

I think one of the biggest problems I have with James Lindsay and how he does things is that he is willing to use the Left's definitions in order to bolster his claims, when he shouldn't be using any of that language. As a man who knows the value of words (a former teacher), using the term "Right-wing Leninism" is a paradox, and has no business being uttered. It leans on being real disingenuous, and leave a very bad taste in my mouth.

While I have my disagreements with the people that Lindsay accuses of being Woke Right (Carl Benjamin, Auron McIntyre, and others), I also see how Lindsay's use of language is intentionally trying to position himself as being a moral and linguistic arbiter/gatekeeper. I do not like how Lindsay seems to emulate megachurch preachers and people like Joel Osteen, John Hagee, and Kenneth Hagin. It's oily, and slick, and absolutely disgusting.

Lindsay could get his point across in a better way by not acting like some all high and mighty British pair of bollocks. It's as my dad learned in business college, the KIS principle: Keep It Simple.

It's also one of the reasons why I bristle at folks like Chris Paul, though that's a whole bucket of fish that I wish to address at a later time.

I don’t get the slick pastor vibe, but I’ll surrender to you the point that he does come across as arrogant and condescending in a similar way that British academics do. I don’t consume his content regularly so perhaps I’ve missed some things that would bring me more in line with your view on that.

Regardless, I do think his choice of language hits the target and it hits because it’s well calibrated to the targets existence, location, and trajectory. There are a LOT of people on the Right who have approached and crossed a line that shifts them far closer to either Marxism or Fascism than to Classical Liberalism/Conservatism. Their calls for violence against political opponents and perceived enemies of the week or month give them away. The Leftist/Maoist do the same thing. I can barely tell the difference between these groups and that’s what gives me great concern.

The Left shouts ACAB! The Right shouts TREASON! What’s the difference?

There isn’t one. Both are calling for violence against political opponents in the name of an imagined revolution.

The shout should be for Law & Order.

Thank you for teaching me how to 'defect'. I watched PBS's Les Misérables, all day--no news. Geez, we think we have it bad. That dude had it bad.

Another good view. It was great to see the twins again. It is obvious you all continue to spoil them. Thank you Kyle.
